Sudden disappearance of plane carrying Cardiff City historic deal

A small passenger plane heading from France to Cardiff in the United Kingdom disappeared, carrying an Argentine player on board.

The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" Spanish, the radar screens lost contact with a plane bound for France to Britain, with the Argentine striker Emiliano Sala on board.

According to French newspaper Le Parisien, extensive investigations have been underway since dawn, after the plane suddenly disappeared and its location has not yet been identified.

The plane took off from Nantes airport for Cardiff and was carrying Argentine player Sala, who moved two days ago from Nantes to Cardiff City.

Sala was one of the league's top strikers of the season, scoring 12 goals, the most expensive deal in the history of Cardiff City worth 17 million euros.

Cardiff City today expressed "concern" over the striker.

The search for the plane is continuing this morning and has not yet been found, with two people on board, the police said.

They confirmed that they had so far found nothing to indicate the whereabouts of the plane, whether it was wreckage or oil stains if the plane had crashed and crashed into the sea.

The club said it still hoped to find the plane, which apparently disappeared on the island of Alderney.

A spokesman for the British Coast Guard said they were helping their colleagues in Guernsey by sending helicopters from southern England.

While the British Meteorological Service said that at the time of the disappearance of the plane there was rain but not dense, and the wind was moderate.
