James Harden, more than half of the Houston Rockets, led him to a 112-94 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA on Monday night.

Tony Parker enjoyed a return to the San Antonio Spurs when he led the Charlotte Hornets to a 108-93 win.

Harden finished the game with 57 points and 9 rebounds.

It was the 17th time in a row that Hardin scored at least 30 points, the longest string since Wilt Chamberlain, when he did so in 20 consecutive games in 1964.

Chamberlain has a record of at least 30 points in 65 consecutive games.

The Rockets have lost only 4 times in 17 games since the Hardin series began. Rockets are fifth in the Western Division with 25 wins and 18 defeats.

Last season's Western champion suffered from the absence of veteran Chris Paul and Eric Gordon, and was hit hard by making sure Clint Kabila was absent for at least a month because of a broken finger.

Garrett Temple and Mike Connelly were the Gryles' top scorers, each with 14 points.

Grizzlies are in the penultimate position in the West, having lost 24 in 43 games.

Parker joined Hornets last summer after 17 seasons with Spurs since 2001.

The Frenchman won the title with Spears on four occasions in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2014, and received a long greeting from the fans after a video clip was presented in honor of what he had done with the team.

"I would not feel a surprise if my tears went down," Parker said after leaving for Hornets on his return to Spurs.

Parker had only played the substitute with Spears last season before the team decided not to renew his contract in reference to the end of the era in which the French player starred with Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan.

Parker scored 8 points but Kemba Walker scored the most in the Hornets with 33 points and Hornets are eighth in the Eastern Division after winning 20 in 43 games.

This was the first win for Horentz in San Antonio since November 15, 2006, and the team has ended their defeat in four consecutive encounters against their opponent.

Lamarcos Aldridge, the Spears recorders, has 28 points and 10 rebounds.

San Antonio are seventh in the West with 25 wins and 20 defeats.

The Brooklyn Nets finished 10 consecutive defeats at home to the Boston Celtics 109-102.

The standoff continued until the mid-third quarter before the home side beat 44 points from 21 in the quarter.

Despite the Celtics uprising in the last quarter, Nets maintained their first win over their rival since January 2, 2016.

This is the first win for Nets at home against Celtics since 22 November 2015.

De Angelo Russell topped the Nets list with 34 points, while Rodins Corrocks and Gareth Allen added 19 points.

Nets are seventh in the Eastern Division with 22 wins and 23 defeats.

Jason Tatum was the most seasoned scorer in the Eastern Division last season, with 34 points.

The Celtics, the third consecutive defeat but remains in fifth place in the East with 25 wins, and 18 defeats.

Utah Jazz (100-94) beat the Detroit Pistons, and the Sacramento Kings (115-107) beat the Portland Trail Blazers.
