Barcelona have signed an official contract with Ghana's Kevin Prince Boateng.

"Barca have reached an agreement with Sasolo to join Boateng until the end of the season, with an option for a final purchase for 8 million euros," the club's official website said on Monday.

The site pointed out that the contracts will be signed formally, and the player to the public, and the media, on Tuesday.

According to the newspaper "Mundo Deportivo", Barcelona paid only one million euros to Sasulo, pointing out that the amount received by the Catalan team from the sale of Munir Haddadi, to Seville.
